This program is designed for women who want nutrition counseling throughout their entire pregnancy. Beginning in your first trimester, I will review your health history and current lifestyle to develop a step-by-step program for how to stay healthy, relieve stress and make your life easier during pregnancy. This journey includes customized food and nutrient suggestions tailored to support your baby’s healthy development during each trimester, weight management strategies and stress reduction.
